Before roasting your turkey, cut it up like you would a chicken, and your meal will be done in one-third the time. I love this idea and I have a sneaky feeling it's gonna taste a whole lot better too. We'll find out, because this will be my method of cooking this year. To cut time even further, ask your butcher to cut up the turkey for you before you take it home. Any new ideas to diminish the holiday chaos are warmly welcomed!
