The Mystery of Life

The Mystery of Life
In mystery he is cloaked,
that the world may not grow dim;
that life may not become vain,
and that we may ever seek HIM!

Through a misty veil he is felt,
by the heart within the soul;
If happily we feel after him,
that our senses may not grow dull.

Speak not with hasty words,
in judgement to condemn;
For truth is relative;
Only God sees the heart within.

With darkened understanding,
our eyes e'er do deceive;
With faith we anchor blindly,
to what we cannot perceive.

Have faith, hope and love,
and bow the head of pride;
For life's cloaked in mystery,
in this be satisfied!

The Message of the Geese

Today on my way to school, on a certain stretch of highway, I noticed two Canadian geese sitting together. Normally I see them flying overhead in flocks, so just two of them together stood out to me. Believing this held some significance for me, I took a mental note and went about my day. On my way home from school, on this same certain stretch of road, having completely forgotten about the incident, suddenly flying straight across my path, so close I was afraid I would hit them with my car, were two beautiful Canadian geese. The same ones? Who can know. But one thing for sure, I knew they had a special message for me. Tonight I came across this familiar poem, and hidden within its golden words were the gifts of those beautiful geese. I am illuminated!

Wild Geese
by Mary Oliver

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting -
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.

Blood Moon Energy Harvest

Yesterday I picked up a fun book on the fairy realm. It's and easy read with real stories of people experiencing fairies and tips on attracting and connecting with them. I also found a lovely scented essential oil for connecting with spirit guides.

Tonight is the blood moon eclipse and it is supposed to have the energy force of three full moons. Perfect night for setting out your gemstones for a supercharge! I carefully arranged mine on an old wood-carved tray.

This week I picked up a moldavite stone. I asked for one a couple weeks ago, and it was manifested quickly, so I believe this stone is right for my needs right now. The moldavite is a very high-vibration stone, known to open up the top three chakras, especially the heart chakra, and to have a powerful life-transforming energy. Its one of the oldest gemstones, traced as far back as 14.7 million years. It is believed to have been formed as a result of a meteor hitting the earth, and so it also known as an extraterrestrial stone. Moldavite is only found in Czechoslovakia.

Here is an interesting read on Moldavite:

West Coast Enchantment

Nature beckoned us to take a short trip along the west coast . . .

Losing our way to the lighthouse we stumbled upon a remote bird observatory . . .

A trail-head led us into an enchanted elf and fairy realm . . .

And it appears we were being observed by a curious elemental . . .

Lets just take a closer look . . .

The entire area was populated with Elvin homes, some big enough that we could fit into them ourselves . . .

This was definitely the place to find some nature magic . . .
