A good portion of my forties was spent healing from childhood abuse. It was the most soul-wracking, heart-wrenching experience I ever went through. But through it all I have learned that life is a gift and each day is a new beginning.
Emotionally Healing, Spiritually Awakening, and Physically Improving. Today I am proving that the rest of my life can be the BEST of my life!
