So excited to have received my package in the mail today for my prismacolor pencils.
Though I never aspired to the arts, there is a little artist inside that always loved to color. Perhaps I cannot seem to draw or paint defining imagery, but whoever said that coloring was just for kids? Or better yet, whoever said we had to stop being children?
I have found that the real magic of life is in reconnecting with your inner child. After all, for a child, all of life is magical.
With a springing interest in fairies and nature, this coloring book captured my imagination. But the small box of crayola pencils did not seem to hold the rainbow of colors my mind could envision. And so I went to Amazon to seek out a quality set of coloring pencils.
The prismacolors not only come with 48 colors, but they are softer and richer and oh, so delightful to color with. I would love to put away the piles of schoolwork and studying for mid-terms, but alas, for now, my fairyland of art will have to be tucked away instead. Back to work!
